Vehicle Description

This charming Jeep Commando is painted in a two-tone red and white with white on top and red on the bottom. She still sports her fire station’s name and number on her two doors. The Chattanooga fire station purchases her straight off the factory line back in 67’ and she has never had another owner. This Jeep has been at work all her life. Keeping this little workhorse going is a 225 V6 Jeep Dauntless 2 barrel engine with a 3-speed manual 4x4 transmission. Other features such as emergency lights on top, a water tank and hoses in the back, front and bottom bush guards, extended rear bumper with platform and trailer hitch are all original from her days as a firetruck. The interior sports two black vinyl bucket seats with red metal taking up most of the interior. The door panels are also red, and the dash is two-toned in red and black. The headliner is simply just white metal, but in good condition. She has new 15” white spoke wheels, but does come with the original hubcaps. Tires are Nexen mud tires in size LT235/75R15 front and rear. Come on down to see this fantastic little Jeep! Contact us for a private showing and information.
